By accessing or using conversion.zone, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you may not use the services.

2. In-Browser Operation and User Responsibility

conversion.zone tools process files exclusively on your device. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any files, documents, images, or data you process through our tools. You agree not to use the service to process unauthorized, defamatory, or unlawful materials.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

conversion.zone is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. conversion.zone disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that file conversions will be uninterrupted, error-free, or lossless.

4. Limitation of Liability

conversion.zone and its operators shall not be liable for any loss of data, corrupted files, downtime, or incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our client-side conversion tools.

5. Zone Pro Purchases, "As-Is" Delivery, and No-Refund Policy

Zone Pro lifetime passes and batch volume licenses are digital goods delivered and activated immediately upon completed transaction. Because digital license keys and browser feature access are intangible, irrevocable, and immediately accessible upon delivery, all purchases are sold “as is” and all sales are strictly final and non-refundable.

We do not provide refunds, returns, or credits for change of mind, perceived incompatibility, or lack of use. If you experience technical failure receiving your digital key or identify accidental duplicate transactions, contact [email protected] within 7 days of the transaction with your Stripe payment receipt. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable local law.

6. Third-Party Products and Affiliate Links

conversion.zone may contain contextual links to external software utilities, hardware, or third-party merchant platforms (including Amazon.com). conversion.zone does not sell, ship, warrant, or service third-party products.

Transactions completed on third-party sites are strictly between you and the respective merchant under their independent terms and policies. conversion.zone makes no representations or warranties regarding third-party goods and disclaims all liability resulting from external interactions.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to choice of law provisions.
